IMPORTANT:  As part of this sale, you will be required to provide us with one or two delivery contact phone number(s) prior to us shipping the unit out to you.  Your phone number will only be used to schedule delivery drop-off times and any applicable optional installation and assembly services added to your order. Your designated freight carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a convenient time for drop-off.   Unfortunately, due to the rules set forth by our carriers, we will be unable to fulfill your order without a valid delivery phone number.

Receiving Product:
Please be aware that we ship this unit fully assembled and on a pallet in order to preserve the integrity of our work.  As such, please coordinate a time and date with the freight carrier to bring the equipment to your home or gym. All of our drivers will have a truck with a liftgate, however it is highly recommended that you have helpers to assist you in bringing the unit inside and placed in your desired location.

Domestic Shipments:
FREE!! Curbside shipping is included with US orders shipped within the continental lower 48 states only; please request a quote prior to purchase if you intend on shipping this to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  Due to the nature and size of this item, we are unable to ship to a P.O. BOX or other mail forwarding service.

OPTIONAL: While this unit is shipped fully assembled, white glove installation service is available as an additional optional service. Please request a quote prior to purchase since this can not be added after checkout has been made.

International Shipments:

Note that you may have to pay for inbound customs tax depending on your tax rate in your country/state/province. Please contact us in advance of order for shipping quote.

If you would like to return a unit back to us, please contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Once a number has been issued, we will provide you with specific directions as to where the unit will be sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Item must be returned to us with original factory packaging and accessories.



Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless there exists prior expressed written consent from Seller stating otherwise.  When returning the equipment to us, we recommend using a shipping company that includes online package tracking and insurance on your item.

We will confirm with you once we have received the return shipment and we will either (1) replace the item with an identical item within a reasonable amount of time or (2) issue a refund via the original payment method for the value of the item less 20% to cover our outbound shipping and handling costs.  Additionally, in the event you had paid for additional shipping and handling options like assembly/installation service, these additional fees are non-refundable.
