The binding is falling apart and has some tears, but still holds together well. On the back of the manual, the cover is folded down with a small tear. The front & back of the book have some oily spots and is a little dirty. Catalog is in good condition and all pages are legible. Is complete with all pages. All pages are usable and in good condition with normal expected wear. There are some markings throughout the manual. The markings do not affect the text. All pages are useable with lots of life still left.
