We offer three shipping options:
Unregistered ECONOMY letter or parcel (without tracking)
Registered PRIORITY / EMS / Expedited letter or parcel with tracking
Door-to-door with DHL Express (worldwide) and PostNord to Europe (phone number needed)
Economy shipping usually takes about 6 - 16 working days to Europe and about 11 - 25 working days to the rest of the world. Note thats own shipping times are not up to date so economy shipping will take longer. Priority shipping takes usually about 1 - 6 working days to Europe and about 2 - 8 working days to the rest of the world. All priority shipments to the US, South America and Asia will be sent with EMS expedited shipment without any further costs to reduce the shipping time. DHL Express in very fast to the US and Asia and the package will be delivered to your house. All small and heavy items are best for DHL shipping.

These are just estimated times and they do not include the customs clearance time. An Economy letter to the US can arrive after one or even two months. So please be patient.
Combined shipping:
We offer discounts on combined shipping. Please see the the Postal Cost table. For example a Arabia mug weighs about 500 grams each, so 1 mug = 500g, 2 mugs 1000g etc.
The shipping discounts are calculated automatically. You pay the normal shipping cost for your first item only. Any further items will automatically get a -50% discount of the shipping cost. The correct shipping price will be calculated in your cart when adding items.
Please contact us if you are unsure of the real shipping cost so that we can check the correct discount. Buy two or more items for a total of over 300$ and we will ship for FREE.
Payment Policy:
We accept Paypal payments only. We send only to the address given to Paypal and.
