Halloween costume character of The Cat In The Hat, from the Dr. Seuss The Cat In The Hat story series.

3 pieces: hat, rubber mask, full body one-piece suit. 

CHILD size large.

Rubber / latex mask by Dr. Seuss Enterprises, marked January 1997, made in Mexico.  The mask is white, with black facial features.  There is a strip of hook & loop to help the hat stick to it.  The back / bottom of the mask is open for getting it on and off.

The hat is made of felt, and is red & white striped. It is a separate piece from the mask.  Rubie's, 2004.

The outfit portion is a child's size large, by Rubie's, 2009.
