This is an Amazon return from a warehouse that had small fire. Heat and flames did not reach product. Outer box got smoke damage and looks pretty bad but contents are new never used. The reason this was returned is because the plastic  pulp cup and juice cup got broken. I had to replace with different ones but they work. The plastic cups do have a few scuffs on them. All else is brand new .
