• We guarantee to ship your item within 24 hours (except weekend and public holidays) after payment has cleared.  This guarantee does not include items that require freight shipping.

• When the item has been shipped, you will received via email your Tracking number.

• Never accept a damaged package! Instead reject the package and contact us ASAP.

• A phone number must be provided before we ship so carriers can contact you with any delivery issues.

• We ship only to the registered Ebay address. 

• If it is not pictured or mentioned, it is NOT included.
