Changed My Mind, Doesnt Fit, Buyer’s Remorse Or Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in unused condition only and in original unopened retail packaging. Original Shipping paid by Buyer is not refundable. Return Shipping Will Also Be Deducted From Refund.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns"; consequently, they will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All items claimed defective must be returned to be tested for the defect before a refund is issued or an exchange is sent at no cost to the buyer.
