This clear plastic cover with oval white painted trim measures 16-11/16" by 12-1/2" by 1-1/2", and shows small horizontal scratching, probably from the manufacturing process, and no cracks or breaks.
 
NOTES: THERE ARE ALSO SMALL WEAR SPOTS AND SCRATCHES TO THE WHITE PAINT ON THE CLEAR COVER, AS PICTURED. PERHAPS IT MAY BE ABLE TO BE TOUCHED UP OR REPAIRED IF DESIRED.
 
THE PANEL INSERT WITH BLUE AND LIME GREEN STARS MEASURES 16-1/2" BY 12-5/16". IT MAY APPEAR TO HAVE WEAR SPOTS IN THE PHOTOS, BUT IS CLEAN WITH NO ISSUES (what looks as though the raised stars may have edge wear is the result of lighting / camera flash and not damage).
 
It may have been a vending machine insert, or for a soda fountain / menu board.
 
Perhaps it was used in places such as Woolworth's luncheonette restaurants- the piece is circa 1960s.
