The Dhow is a lateen-rigged (triangular fore-and-aft sail) sailing vessel used by Arabs.  Sailed fishing boats with tuna fisherman on reverse.  Watermark: coat of arms (3rd image). 2nd image is note under ultraviolet (UV) light to show security inks.

Rufiyaa = derived from "Rupee".
