Carlton Cards 2005 Homer Simpson D'Oh Tannenbaum Christmas Ornament.

This listing is for a Carlton Cards Christmas Ornament.  It is from 2005.  It is Homer Simpson, bringing home a Christmas Tree.   

The ornament measures about 3 1/4" T x 3 1/2" wide x 2 1/8" Deep. 

Preowned in great condition. There is a tiny chip at bottom of tree. It shows up as white on the green. I think it just looks like more of the snow and blends in, but see photos and see what you think.  Sorry, I do not have the box. 

I think it is probably going to need new batteries (3 button type).  They are still with the ornament and the clear piece that protected the battery from beng used until ornament was used is still in the ornament. I would think this means that it has never been used for the sound. However, based on age, I cannot guarantee battery or that the   ornament sound works.

This was part of a HUGE vintage Simpsons item collection, most of which was stored away in boxes. I believe but cannot guarantee that if this was used at all, it was used for display once a year. I don't think it was ever hung.
