Ordering

Orders that have been processed with our distributor cannot be changed or canceled. No exceptions.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days (from receipt of payment) and must have a pre-authorization. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items that are defective or damaged in transit will be promptly replaced or refunded, depending on item availability.
