You are buying a circa set of (5) 8 1/2” wide DUNCAN MILLER FIRST LOVE PLATES 1937-55. These are an acid etched pattern on Canterbury pattern blank.
The condition is very good 1 plate has a tiny indentation on the rim edge appears like chip but is what I believe a manufacturing error (see pictures 5 & 6). There is also a small spot of acid etch overlap. Otherwise no chips or cracks, no cloudiness, just some light use scratches possible.
