This is an OEM original factory CD Changer removed from a 1996 Lexus SC300 (with only 54k original miles) as part of a stereo system upgrade.  My guess is that the CD changer had not been used very much at all, based on the vehicle's low mileage and also because an aftermarket stereo headunit had previously been fitted before I worked on the car and made further system upgrades.

The Toyota - Lexus part number for this 12-disc CD changer is 86270-24052 , it also has a reference number of CX-CS5210A on the label.  The CD changer is made by Matsushita.  This item DOES NOT include a CD magazine (part number 86273-24030 is needed for that).
