21 mm Collagen Casings for making 75 lbs of homemade snack sticks

Fifteen strands. Each strand will hold approx 5 lbs of meat.  Each strand is approx 25 feet long.  21 mm diameter.  Made from beef, edible and much easier to use than hog or sheep casings. Permeable to allow smoke to penetrate when smoking. Great for fresh snack sausage that is going straight to the smoker or in the freezer. Collagen casings are natural, very easy and quick to use. No preperation needed. Just load on your stuffing tube, tie off the end and start stuffing.  (3/8" - 1/2" diameter tube needed for this size casings).  Store unused casings for up to two years.  Do not soak prior to using.
