You are buying a circa 1900 6” wide total width x 4” wide butter holding opening x 4 3/8” tall HAND BLOWN HAND ENAMELLED covered butter dish. There is a white enabled and gold decorated leaf and ring pattern. Tap the lid and this glass has a nice ring.
The condition is very good no chips, no cracks, no cloudiness/sick glass. There is a small pot stone (small unmelted piece of glass) in the making (see last picture). There is some fading to the gold decoration mostly to the rings on the base and the leaf pattern between the white enamel.
