     Satisfaction guarantee: I do my best to carefully inspect, describe, and pack every item so there are no surprises when it arrives, but in the rare event that I overlooked something or it gets damaged in transit just let me know and I will make it right. If the item is not as pictured/described I will give a full refund as well as pay the return shipping. 

      Tracking: Shipping labels are printed through's system. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date. When your label is printed the tracking information is automatically uploaded and you will be sent a notification.
