The camcorder is absolutely brand new! It has only 28 hours of operation (please see the photo of the counter), it was only tested after purchase in the early 2000s in my studio via iLink, since then the camera was stored in a plastic wrap till the day of listing. There is (and never was) any dust inside or on the surface, because it was never used and stored in absolutely clean environment! It was never repaired, of cause, because it is new :) I tested the camera in all types of operation before listing in order to be sure that everything operates properly! The camcorder is ideal as a professional device for record/play DV and miniDV cassettes. You can also use it as a DV/miniDV player/recorder to transfer your old DV tapes to your computer via FireWire connection. The camcorder comes itself with NO BATTERY or other accessories (you will receive only what you see on the photos). The camera equipped with AntonBauer battery plate - so you will need Anton Bauer battery for it or you can change a mount plate for the battery of your choice.  

The device comes itself with the above mentioned components with NO genuine box and NO manual and NO battery. Be sure it will be professionally packed (much better than the original manufacturer package :)) - so it will cross the whole world if necessary and will come to you safe and sound!
