This is a pink cut to clear vase with a clear base.  It is a straight up and down narrow vase. 

The vase measures 2.00 inches across the top, 3 3/8 inches across the base and is 10.00 inches tall.

The cut to clear design is nice and sharp, but the pink is spotty in places which makes me think the glass is colored pink, not dipped in pink glass.  This is mostly noticeable at the top rim, but you need to be looking for it.  It has no chips, cracks, or other damage.
