Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as purchase. Refunds will only be issued after we receive the items.

Satisfaction guaranteed on all your purchases. For returns, you MUST contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. All returns must be unopened and in original packaging as it was received.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to health and hygienic concerns, we cannot accept returns for cosmetic and skin care items. We will only accept returns for items that are cellophane wrapped and unopened. We cannot accept returns for any SPLASH items, unless they are brand new and sealed.
