New Gates idler pulley.  This pulley mounts on the alternator bracket, and is the idler (smooth pulley).  This is not the alternator pulley.  Fits the following:

99-02 4.8L/5.3L/6.0L Silverado/Tahoe/Suburban/Sierra (1st design pulley for 2002 model years)
