This is a Disney Company Pin.
It features Mickey Mouse standing in front of the Disney Company Mouseorail.
The Mouseorail was made from a Mark III Monorail
and did tours in cities to promote Disneyland.
It toured from Boston to Honolulu and Seattle to Washington DC
but stayed away from going to close to Walt Disney World.
