You are buying a TOUCH MARKED SILVER BASE CUT GLASS TOP 5 3/8” TALL PITCHER WITH GROUND PONTIL.  Touch marks in silver are European countries like France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland, and others. The silver grade is somewhere between an .800 - .925. The pattern in the glass is cut ovals and lines with a cut applied handle. This glass is very clear almost having a slight grey tint. 
The condition is very good no dents in silver base, no chips or cracks in glass, no split in applied handle. This piece comes clean polished and ready to enjoy.
