Moser Ashtray White Cut to Amber Hand Painted Flowers Czech Bohemian

Measurements are 5 inches wide and 1 3/8 inches tall.  Hand painted flowers in shades of pink, purple, red and blue, with green leaves.

There is a very small chip on the interior side of the amber glass just next to one of the notches.  There are some minor surface scratches on the bottom.
