Sterilize by boiling for 3 minutes prior to first use. Allow nipple to thoroughly cool to room temperature before giving to baby. Push shoulder of nipple up through cap ring, and hand tighten cap ring with care to not over or under tighten. After each use, wash with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and store in a clean, dry place. Dishwasher Safe (Top rack only). For best results and to help avoid damage, clean with Evenflo bottle brushes.
