This fitbit was new but when opened it was found that it would not charge, likely due to a bad battery. Voltage through the charging cable was tested so the battery appears to be the culprit. While technically the batteries aren't replaceable, it is possible to open the case and re-solder a new battery in (there are tutorials online on how to do this). All items from the original package are included. This is being sold AS-IS FOR PARTS ONLY!!
