Cable T00-048A-120 Rainbow?

This item was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. The package has shelf wear, but this unit is new. It is also marked, "CA-120. L=100mm, CN=E4-191J-100". It may be "Rainbow" brand but it is not marked. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
