This unit powers on and the green lights on the front of all of the hard drives light up.  I haven't been able to test it beyond that and I am offering it AS-IS.  It has 15 9BL148-503 Seagate Barracuda ES 750 Gigabyte hard drives and 1 Seagate Barracuda ES.2 1000 Gigabyte hard drive.
