This unit powers on and gets the displays shown in the pictures.  This does not have a rotor but I can hear the rotor mechanism turn when it is powered on.  I can hear the pumps turning for all of the containers when I push the corresponding buttons.  The pump for the back, container D, does sound like it is running but it sounds weaker that the others.  I haven't been able to test it beyond what I have described here and I am offering it AS-IS.
