This came from a community colleges department and has a couple of identification stickers and some scratches and scuffs.  I am not tech savvy and so I don't know if I am testing this right but both decks open and close fine, both decks play fine but I couldn't figure out how to get it to record from one deck to the other.  I pressed the "Rec" button but I can't get both decks to operate at the same time.  I can't get the fast forward or reverse functions to work on deck 1 but it works fine on deck 2.  This is as far as I have been able to test this and I am offering it AS-IS.
