Wall Mount Arm Swivel/Tilt for Medical or Lab Device

This item is used and is in good cosmetic condition. It doesn't have a brand or model number. The arm measures about 11 3/8" long. The plate is about 5" x 5 1/2". The wider part of the wall mount is about 2 1/2", and the narrower part is about 2". Please check pics carefully. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
