Nokia Seimens OEKA 468019A-103 Ultrasite New In Box

This item was purchased from a large business inventory reduction sale. I do not know the history of it. The box has some shelf wear, but this unit is new. The unit itself is labeled, "468019A.103 and it also has a smaller label marked, "065923A.305". I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
