This is a very lightweight plastic baton that lights up. Batteries are as in but we bought new and did not use. 

The baton is not perfectly smooth because of the nature of the way Disney manufactured the product but pictures accurately describe.  

This was part of a special rare event not to be repeated and is sold in as is condition.
