This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE PAIR of DIAMOND STUD EARRINGS that was made during the ART DECO period of the 1930s. The are made from PLATINUM and 18K GOLD. The earrings are centrally bezel-set with 2 OLD MINE CUT DIAMONDS that weigh approx 1 carat each. They have a CHAMPAGNE COLOR with SI1 & SI2 clarity. These diamonds are VERY CLEAR, not milky, and EYE-CLEAN. They measure approx. 6.45 and 6.5 mm at the widest diameter.
The outer halo is set with 26 OLD SINGLE CUT DIAMONDS of H to K color, SI to I clarity that weigh approx. 1.30 ctw.. All are eye-clean. The total diamond weight is approx. 3.30 ctw. Although these diamonds have a lower color & clarity, they have a BIG SPARKLY SHOW to the naked eye when on the ears! The earrings measure 15.25 mm in diameter and the total weight is 4.6 grams. The earrings have SCREW-ON BACKS.
