Free shipping only applies within the Contiguous 48 United States and this item will be shipped via Greyhound Bus. Larger items (under 100 pounds) shipping via Greyhound are transported to your door by courier service. Greyhound service normally takes 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on delivery location. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. All shipments include Insurance.
Items noted as Custom-Made are NON-RETURNABLE. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & insurance. Buyer must handle insurance claims with the carrier for items damaged in return shipping. We will not reimburse any shortfall between the original total invoice amount & insurance amount paid. S&H costs to or from your destination will not be refunded.
