This vintage skirt is classy with a sense of whimsy.
- Pattern of small polka dots embroidered/ woven into the fabric. Each dot is made from threads that are sewn through the whole length of the cloth--i.e. the underside of the fabric is like a negative image of the top

Condition: The skirt is in overall very good condition. There are a few places where the polka dots have little snags here and there, but most are in good condition (each dot is made from threads that are sewn through the whole length of the cloth--i.e. the underside of the fabric is like a negative image of the top). I found one tiny pinhole in the front about 4" up from the hem, one a little bit bigger near the bottom in the back, and a small hole in the waistband near the button in front.
