No external hardware for grass or sticks to get caught in the boot. Material stretches over hoof and clings to wall, keeping debris out even in sandy and muddy conditions. Elastic cap at rear of gaiter fits contours of feel bulb while offering generous proportions of stretch and strength. Reinforced gaiter features a smooth surface and dual layer of neoprene.
