This is a cute toddler or small child plate in the shape of a frog with a colorful picture of a frog. The embossed mark on the back says:

The paper tag on the back indicates that this plate indicates that this plate is from the JC Penney Home Collection but doesn't have a date. I am listing 4 different animal plates from this early 2000s series separately today. They are a frog, a turtle, a butterfly, and a snail. #24349
CONDITION: This item is used but is in very good condition with no damage I can find.
SIZE: This plate is about 9" by 8" and is 3/4" tall.
BACKGROUND: This is one of a number of things I recently purchased from a retired teacher neighbor before she moved away from our 55 and over community to live with her son. I'll be listing more of her things over the next several weeks.
