I'm not sure if this has been used or not as it is very clean. This is a lightweight wristlet doggie pouch or diaper bag in a pretty pale blue with multicolor butterflies with an out zipper pocket and a snap hoop for hanging on a stroller as well. Pouch measures 8" wide x 6.25" tall.
