All items come from a smoke and pet free house and are explained to the best of my ability.

Please check the measurements in the listing and compare with a similar item in your closet since fabric does stretch/shrink from wash and wear.

If any problems arise once you receive item, please email us so that we can come to an agreement that satisfies both sides.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands; this includes packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.

Please keep in mind that shipping charges include handling.

Payment - Payment within 3 days of auction ending.

Returns - We accept returns only if the auction description does not match with the item sold. Returned items must be in their original condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is due to our error.

If returned for any reason other than seller error/not as described, this item is subject to a 15% restocking fee. No shipping charges will be refunded in this case.
