Hello, this is Virtual Vintage, with this being Virtual Vintage's first listing, thought it would be wise and friendly to introduce ourselves (not "myself" because Virtual Vintage is more of a business, than a person, despite the Citizen's United, Supreme Court ruling).

There are mainly two types of sellers, passive and active. Passive sellers are typically people who want to clear out an attic or garage full of stuff and do not care that much about profits, fees or costs involved; they just want to get rid of things and make a few bucks along the way.

Active sellers on the other hand, operate as a business or in a business-like manner, noting the price paid to acquire something, the (appraised) value of something or what minimum an item must sell for, to stay afloat.

Virtual Vintage is mostly an active seller, but sometimes lists items just to make room (for other items), in a passive seller manner; in this sense, Virtual Vintage is a hybrid seller.

Although most of what Virtual Vintage sells, is vintage, not all items for sale will be vintage, e.g. some brand new, some somewhat new, some antique. In a world of mass production, most items Virtual Vintage sells were mass produced, but due to their age and/or their ephemeral nature, means that scarcity and desirability of items are contributing factors when determining an item's value or price-point

Although it is Virtual Vintage's preference to allow offers on some or most items, but unfortunately, Bonanza's business model and policies require sellers to either permit offers on everything or nothing, so regrettably, Virtual Vintage has decided to exclude offers (for the time being).

Another policy Bonanza has implemented is that they charge the seller a final value fee of 3 1/2% on all shipping and handling over $10.00, which hurts some sellers, including Virtual Vintage because we use USA Postal Service's Priority Mail which usually costs above $10.00 and many active sellers pass the cost onto the customer, but Virtual Vintage does not charge for shipping and handling, whenever practical; begining with Virtual Vintage's first offering. Virtual Vintage also reuses packing supplies for example, to minimize handling cost and this in turn, minimizes unnecessary charges to the customer. Bonanza even charges sellers $2.00 per order, if they DO NOT use Bonanza's own shipping labels; really? Remember, Virtual Vintage takes measures to minimize the impact of fees (on customers), but Virtual Vintage can not eliminate them.

Thank you for reading Virtual Vintage's Initial Statement and hope to do business with you, soon.

With MLB Opening Day upon America and the rest of the world, Virtual Vintage is offering for sale, a collection of vintage MLB (mostly Dodgers) ephemera. Please be aware, Virtual Vintage has a lot of vintage MLB items, so please check back often and "favorite seller" Virtual Vintage to see what MLB treasures may be up for sale in the near future...

What is for Sale:

Orignial Vintage Major League Baseball (Dodgers) Ephemera consisting of the following:

This is one collection that Virtual Vintage wishes that it could offer with an Or-Best-Offer option, but we are not allowed to do so, but please return to this listing, as price adjustments may occur at some point.

Shipping and Handling:

To provide secure, reliable, insured and trackable deliveries, USA Postal Service Priority Mail is used.

Despite listing an eight day turn-around for shipping and handling, it usually only takes two to four days to submit the purchased item(s) to the USA Postal Service and usually only takes another three to four days in transit time.

As Virtual Vintage manages most of its listings as a Dutch auction, the asking price will likely decrease until it reaches the pre-determined reserve, then will either remain there until sold or will be removed from sale status.

Please take note, once the collection reaches or comes close to reaching, its reserve, shipping and handling will be charged to the buyer.
