Measurements taken while garment is lying flat:

side to side under arm= 16" (32" Bust) 

side to side at waist = 14" (28")

side to side at hips = 16" (32")

shoulder seam to shoulder seam = 17"

shoulder seam to end of sleeve = 24"

shoulder to bottom hem = 50"
