Used and shows some scratches but I'd call it still good condition.  

The roller to the left of the time display is used to set the alarm. 

 Both the time and alarm settings are controlled on bottom by knobs 

  The alarm is turned off and on by pull switch It did work when I check it

The clocks display is light did not appear to work  

I checked out its operation and it kept time correctly

some sort of plastic appears to be on the bottom stuck see photos
