This is a VINTAGE BLISSFUL BEAR with Flowers FRAME TRAY PUZZLE from 1976. Made by Playskool. It has 12 Pieces. It is complete with all the pieces, and is in good condition. It has minor wear from use, but nothing major.  It is 10 inches by 8 Inches in size. EAG
