This antique Universal Meat Grinder/Food Chopper has a lot of raised printing on it . On one side, "Universal Food Chopper No. 0  "L. F. & C.(or G) New Britain, Conn. U.S.A." on the other side is Pat 1807, 1889 and 18?? Pat ; and on the inside of the curved handle "Pat. in Canada Aug 27,'01". Most of the chrome finish on this Antique Universal Meat Grinder is gone, common for these antique grinders, but it is in very good condition for its age and still works The handle is wood with a brass ring.
