String of Hearts Succulent-Ceropegia Woodii

Shipped in 2" pots.  Beautiful heart shaped leaves-green and white on top pink/purple underneath.  The leaves are thick and succulent.  Grow on very long vines-excellent for basket culture or ground cover.
