From the estate of a local sewing machine shop owner, Sharp, Straight, and Oiled Carbon Steel.

Circa 1950's. These were most likely made in Germany, though they are not marked. 

The Venerable Shapleigh Hardware Co. of St Louis, Missouri had a long life from the mid-19th century well into the late-mid-20th century. I was saddened to see that the main warehouse was recently destroyed by a fire and is being demolished.
