Ultra RARE Ceramic 3D Collectible Plate. NOT the actual Cookie Monster but an inspiration from the character"

There's a chip/crackle on one of the edges of the plate as pointed and shown on the last picture and a white scratch from production. It looks like it's part of the design..??
