This is a brand new Ikea Grejig Foldable Shoe Rack or Shelf.  It is 22-7/8" long, 10-5/8" deep, and 6-3/4" tall.  The legs fold in so it lays flat and you can get multiple and stack them.  They can be used for shelves, shoes, a monitor stand, kitchen storage, or even hung upside down so you can put plants on them or hang pots.  This is still sealed in the plastic and is in black.
