This item is in good preowned condition with normal signs of wear.  This was found in an old wallet and does not lay exactly flat.  I will store it pressed until purchase.  I believe this is TC Reynolds but I am not an expert and not sure on this.  I make no claim to any authenticity.  Please use photos and judge for yourself.
