Causes of a bad door basket assembly include breaks or cracks over prolonged use, or damage from loads beyond weight rating.

Symptoms include: 

• Baskets detaching from mounting tracks inside the door
• Items falling through or between cracked/warped baskets
• Restricted access compromises organization
